Posture Exercises

Foam Roller

 This is one of my favorite Mobility exercises for the thoracic region. 

Broomstick Exercise

 This exercise should help loosen up some of the muscles that are tight which cause bad posture.  

Wall Slides

  This exercise is called wall slides and will help you prevent "the hunchback" poor posture. 

Y`s, T`s and I`s

 This exercise should help for a better posture

Back Rows

 

  • Pull: Pull the band towards your torso, keeping your elbows close to your body. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together as you pull.
  • Pause: Hold the contraction for a moment at the end of the movement.
  • Return: Slowly return to the starting position with control, extending your arms back out.
