Text Message Terms

Goldstein Sports Chiropractic & Auto Injury Center offers appointment reminder text messages to patients who opt in.

Program: When you opt in, we send text messages reminding you of your upcoming appointments. Messages include the practice name, appointment date and time, a link to manage your appointment, and our office phone number. Messages never include details about your medical condition or treatment.

Opting in: You can opt in by checking the "Text me appointment reminders" box when booking online, by telling our office or call center by phone, or on our paper intake form. Opting in is optional and is not required to book an appointment or receive care.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, usually one or two messages per appointment.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
