Overview

This website provides information about Goldstein Sports Chiropractic & Auto Injury Center and its services. It is not a patient portal and does not currently provide an online form for submitting medical information.

Information You Choose to Provide

Phone links open your calling application and email links open your email application. Calls and emails occur through those channels, not a website submission form. Do not send medical records or sensitive health information through ordinary email.

Contact and Scheduling

The general contact page provides phone and email links, not a submission form. Online scheduling, insurance uploads, patient intake and a patient portal are not currently available on this website.

Website Assistant

“Ask Dr. Goldstein’s Office” is an automated guide to office information. It matches questions to prepared answers within your browser; it does not send questions to the office or an external AI service, and it does not save a conversation transcript. It is not a live chat with Dr. Goldstein and cannot confirm appointments or insurance coverage.

Please do not enter medical details, insurance identifiers or other private information. Use the office contact options to arrange an appropriate way to discuss your needs.

Health / Sensitive Information

Do not send detailed medical information, records, imaging, insurance identifiers or other sensitive information through the general public website unless an appropriate secure workflow is specifically provided. No such workflow is available here.

The attorney referral page also accepts no information or uploads. For a medical emergency, call 911 rather than waiting for a website or office response.

Website Technical Information

The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing connection information, such as your IP address and requested pages. This is separate from submitting a message or patient information.

The absence of online submission forms does not mean that no technical connection information is processed.

Cookies and Browser Storage

The Instagram invitation stores a simple “already shown” flag in your browser’s session storage so it does not repeatedly appear during the same tab session. This flag contains no question text, medical details or contact information. Our website code does not set advertising cookies or store assistant conversations in browser storage.

Embedded services may use their own cookies or similar technologies, subject to your browser settings and those providers’ practices.

Analytics

We do not currently use an analytics service, advertising pixel or behavioral tracking service on this website. This policy will need to be updated if those practices change.

Third-Party Services

Some pages embed Google Maps to show the office location. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive connection information and use cookies or similar technologies under its privacy policy.

The Instagram invitation uses images hosted on this website, rather than a live Instagram feed. Selecting its links opens Instagram, where that service’s privacy practices apply.

External Links

Some pages link to educational sources, Google Maps directions, social accounts and CaseGoGo. Following an external link takes you to another provider's website, where its own privacy practices apply. Review that provider's policy before sharing information there.

Data Security

This website has no message-submission or file-upload feature. Please arrange an appropriate secure channel with the office before sharing sensitive information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This website offers no account registration or information-submission feature for children or adults. Please do not send a child's medical or identifying information through the public website. A parent or guardian should arrange an appropriate communication method with the office before sharing such information.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when the website's information practices change. The review date above indicates when this policy was last reviewed.

Text Messages

If you choose to receive appointment reminder text messages from Goldstein Sports Chiropractic & Auto Injury Center, we will use your mobile number only to send appointment reminders. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not required to book an appointment or receive care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also call or text our office at 954-871-1411.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages will not include details about your medical condition or treatment.
