Improve Shoulder flexion

Lacrosse ball in upper trap

This is a great exercise to help with overhead lifting, Place the ball  on your upper trap, Lift up hips and drive your trap into the ball. Bring your arm overhead. 

Double lacrosse ball smash

The double lacrosse ball smash for the thoracic spine involves placing two lacrosse balls on either side of the spine and rolling to release tension in the upper back. This myofascial release technique can alleviate stiffness, improve posture, and enhance thoracic mobility. It's effective but should be done cautiously to avoid discomfort.
